Established in 1993 by Deirdre Smith and Wendy Andrews, Flower Power specializes in the maintenance of high-end residential properties. Also, as the name of the company implies, we specialize in creating gardens -- perennial borders, seasonal flower beds and container plantings. We strive to provide quality work in a professional manner.
