Mayor Construction was founded in 2013 by Leo Mayorov, Igor Matsyplyuk and Sergey Matsyplyuk and services the Spokane, Coeur d'Alene, Tri Cities and Wenatchee areas. We provide quality framing for both residential and commercial projects. We are dedicated to quality workmanship, integrity, and safety.
Our mission is to create solid framework to last a lifetime and beyond. Leo is a husband and father of three children and is dedicated to excellence, integrity and giving back to the community. When he isn't working, he spends his time coaching his children's soccer teams and spending quality time with his family.
Igor is a husband and father of three children, an active body builder as well as a Youth Minister. In addition to being an expert carpenter, he volunteered to build churches in the Ukraine and Spokane. Sergey is a husband and father of four children. He enjoys spending time with his family and doing multiple outdoor activities such as, snow-mobiling and four-wheeling.

I have seen first hand the unprofessionalism that this contractor possesses. We had a few issues, Leo sent some guys to fix them and all the issues are back but worse. They nickel and dime you and look for the cheapest solution possible, not the RIGHT solution. I've worked in the home remodeling business for some time and the devil is in the details. Unfortunately, the small details were missed here. Sad.

I recently bought a newly built property by Mayor Construction LLC. I have had an unfortunate experience working with them in regards to fixing obvious construction defects. Half of the property had zero insulation in the crawl space and I am the one that found it. Goes to show that the attention to detail simply wasn't there. I am now dealing with what appears to be the nails coming up through the flooring. Leo had his guys come by to look at it and they proceeded to start banging the bumps in the floor with a hammer. I couldn't believe it. Leo told me that replacing the floor was not an option

I live in the other unit of one of the reviews already on here. I have also witnessed that this contractor has been very unprofessional. One thing that he failed to mention is that one of the walls in our unit was installed so poorly and wavy that we couldn't center a traditional clock on the wall. Also the table we put in front of that wall to hide it unfortunately shows how bad the wall is. I wouldn't be very happy with all the problems that this unit had either. Definitely wouldn't buy a property build or worked on by this contractor.
