Services
Laminate floors install for a low price, installed, 15 and 25 year warranty on Formica laminates material. Install Nail down floors of hardwood 3/4 inch solid and on 1/2 unfinished solid wood floors. We also do installations of engineered wood glue down floors and floating floors. Perform quality lacing, such as to join an existing floor with a room addition or to replace worn areas.

I had Perfect Wood Floors replace the old carpet in my house with French Oak hardwood. Guillermo and his crew did an excellent job, and actually started ahead of his original date. His price quote was at the lower end of my budget, and he honored it to the cent. They did a professional job, especially on the stairs which look perfect.

Perfection! I HIGHLY recommend working with Perfect Wood Floors. Thank you Guillermo & Oscar and crew. I was referred to Guillermo (Perfect Wood Floors) by my realtor/interior designer who works exclusively with Guillermo on all her home remodels with her other clients. I could not be happier with how my floors and base boards look. Guillermo removed the carpeting and tiles around fireplace, poured 17 bags of cement to ensure the floor was level, installed the floors and baseboards, and left the floors (& house) clean after completion. Guillermo also was able to come one week earlier than planned

I had a million questions. He answered allllll of my questions even if I asked 2 and 3 times in different variations. Memo and his boys came in my home and got to work. They worked wonderful together it just flowed. They are professional and know how to crack a joke. These floors transformed my home. I am forever thankful. Save yourself the hassle let him do what he does. save yourself the headache. You’re in great hands with him!

Guillermo and Oscar have done 5 rooms and a hallway in my house and just recently did all the stairs. Perfect Wood Floors lives up their name really they do. These guys really know how to install floors at a great price. Now i know why the Bali Hai had Guillermo do their floors and stairs. I recommend them to everyone. They have done work for my sister and dentist too highly recommended.

Had a wonderful experience with Perfect Wood Floors. Guillermo quickly came out to my place, measured & gave me a quote perfect for my budget. I was not up sold on anything, he was straight up about the materials needed & prices. He recommended a few places with a really nice selection of engineered & solid hardwood. I ended up going with a 1/2 in. engineered natural hickory. Guillermo & his son finished the job a lot faster than expected which was a huge help since i was trying to get the floors done before i moved in. I was blown away when i walked in. These pics really do not do the floor justice

I called Perfect Wood Floors to give me an evaluation on a prior installation that was done by someone else. I got an evaluation and a quote and I went with it. The installers did a perfect job of removing the floor, preparing the subfloor for install and installing the floor anew. The floor looks fantastic. The installers, Guillermo and Ramon, are very professional, kept on schedule, were great to deal with and very helpful explaining all the questions I had.
