I called and asked how much a water heater installation was so that I wasn't blind sided with a large bill and they said $80 per hour and that a water heater normally takes 2 to 3 hours to instal. I'm thinking$240 max for labor plus materials. Two plumbers show up and try to charge me $300 labor for 2hrs and 15 minutes of work. Based on $80/ hr. that would be $180. After calling to complain the manger tells me that its $120/hr. when 2 plumbers come. The space they were working in could only fit one person. Oh, and I had already removed the old water heater myself. All they had to do was instal

Thought the wax ring on our toilet was leaking. Was told it’d be $85. Plumber was supposed to be here at 1pm by 2pm my husband called the office and the receptionist said she’d find out what was going on and get back to us. 2:30pm still haven’t heard anything so he calls back and she is surprised that the plumber never got a hold of us, but apparently she had texted him to call us, but he never responded to her text but didn’t think she should call us back and tell us this. Finally, at 3:30 they show up with no apology or explanation as to the 2.5 hour wait. Turns out some bolts are rusted
