I called Matt for an inspection to my ceiling; where we suspected a possible leak had developed. I have to say I couldn’t be happier that I reached out to him for assistance. He came over and thoroughly and efficiently inspected the issue and was able to provide a report. (we are in the process of selling the house) He was wonderful and even assured us that there was no active leak. The honesty and helpfulness he displayed speak highly of his respectability as business, licensed operator and of course of his personal work ethic. I highly recommend him and would contact him again!

Once the process got started things moved quick. Matt worked well with my insurance company and was very responsive to all my questions. He also offered suggestions on how to better cool my home with attic fans which they installed during the project. The roof looks good and I already notice a reduction in my electric bill this summer.

I am not sure what happened to RC Roofing, because they started out to be awesome. I had advertised a need for a roof repair or replace quote and RC was the first to respond - awesome. I called them and the owner, Matt, picked up even though he was at his son's baseball game - awesome. He gave me great info and we agreed that I'd send him photos from the recent roof inspection if the buyer on my mom's Florida home backed out of escrow. The buyer backed out a couple of days later so I emailed the inspection photos to Matt and followed it up with a text letting him know it had

There were several houses in my neighborhood where the roof was being repaired, so I knew something had happened in the area. I was wondering who to call and found Stephen's flyer. I didn't hesitate to call and he showed up at the house in 3 hours. He inspected the roof thoroughly and sent me a report on the same evening.
The insurance company sent the adjuster and Stephen was on time to work with the adjuster. Stephen was in regular touch until the claim was approved, and immediately scheduled work and gave me a timeline of when the materials will arrive when personnel will arrive and how much
