Their crew came out and did the initial assessment and estimate and provided very detailed explanation of the problem, supported by pictures.
I caught them at a very busy time but they went overboard to work me into their schedule. Work was started and completed even earlier than promised...a minor miracle since the repairs were extensive. I got several quotes. A different company wanted most of the money up front before completion. ANC bills at completion, which is a sign they believe they will do the work in an acceptable manner, which was a significant factor for me. The quote was detailed with pictures. Oliver, who did the quote, was responsive and easy to deal with and helped address HOA issues to get the required HOA approval. The office was also a pleasure to deal with. They did exactly what they said they would do. Reasonable precautions were taken to avoid damage to the property during the removal and roof replacement. I

ANC Roofing recently installed a new roof for us. We can not say enough good things about their crew and the finished job. Due to supply shortages and changes in shingles, the job took a little longer than expected but the final results were worth the wait. From Oliver to the office staff, everyone was very professional and helpful. They were never pushy which we appreciated. Before replacing my roof I reviewed three bids from the top three popular companies in my area. Living in a very strict gated community with a strong HOA I did not want to add any stress to myself by choosing a subpar company. Everything had to be done exactly as contracted and in a timely professional manner.
Of the three bids ANC was the highest by $1400.00. After taking a few weeks to research each company and weighing out my options I decided to go with ANC. They have an excellent reputation in my neighborhood and they were the only company that said that they do not use subcontractors.

One of the worst contractors that I have dealt with in Orlando. They cost us the sale of our home with their poor repair work. Did not install flashing, shingles were a different color, and the leak is still present. It's taken them over 2 weeks to get back to us about a solution to the problem and we still have not gotten it resolved. DO NOT HIRE.
