Austin and the Like New Crew were recommended by Hunters Creek/South Chase rants,raves and reviews folks. I was contacted immediately after leaving a message for gutter and downspout cleaning. They scheduled me for the very next day, called ahead when they were on there way and showed up ready to do the job. Austin is very professional and knowledgeable. Austin did a great job on our pool deck earlier today, we couldn't be more pleased. We wanted to get the pool area cleaned up prior to the holiday, and he totally came through for us. Initially he wanted to stop by on the actual holiday (Monday), but was able to visit Sunday instead, as the weather forecast took a turn for the worse for the Memorial Day holiday. He had great communication, showed wonderful flexibility, and a did a bang up job. I can't remember the last time the pool patio looked so great. I had contacted some pressure washing companies in the past but have had some problems before. Many pressure washing companies aren't even licensed and I didn't want to run into that situation again. A friend recommended Like New Wash and I immediately contacted Austin. I needed some pressure cleaning done in our back porch to host an event over the summer and was very impressed with the results. Austin made the whole process very easy and was able to work around my busy schedule. His friendly and caring attitude was also very comforting and I will definItely use Like New Wash again.

Austin has been really helpful! We loved how our roof came out. Our HOA was bugging us and he took care of everything. We were out of town at the moment and he was kind enough to do the job and let us send him a check when we got back! If you need anything call him.
