Watch their pricing. We bought flooring but forgot to bring a coupon THEY put in a coupon book. When we called them they claimed that flooring was on sale and that they could “re-price to original cost” then honor the coupon but would be more than posted price?? Nothing on their display claimed it to be so and sales invoice only reflected price listed. What they told when we were there is “green tags” were in stock. Floor is decent but sales tactics, SHADY.

Highly disappointed. If I could give a 0 star I would. They require masks which I think is fantastic! However only masks for the customers. The employees don’t have to wear them. So I can help protect them, but they won’t help protect me. Thanks flooring america - I will never be back.

I was referred by my builder. I went to look for flooring and tile. The gentleman was very rude to me. Treated me with a condiscending attitude and proceeded to watch the game instead of help me. His coworker had his feet on the desk and never acknowledged there were customers in the showroom.

Recently purchased carpet from Flooring America. They were very friendly and helpful when my husband and I were trying to pick out the carpet we wanted. The quality of the carpet is great and they worked with us to get the price we wanted. I would highly recommend them for your flooring needs.
