Cris's Cleaning Services, LLC began back in January of 2012 when Cris, a single mother of two, needed to find a new way to provide for her children.

We are a small and dedicated cleaning service that knows and loves not only service the Surprise area but the areas surrounding Surprise such as Glendale, Scottsdale and so much more.

I was extremely unhappy with the lack of service that was provided. I told the scheduler that I wanted my baseboards cleaned, but they were going to leave without even touching them. My master bedroom was not even done. There was dust on my shelf and on my window blinds. I called to let them know i was unhappy with the service and nobody called me back. Poor service, poor value, not responsive i will not use this company again.i was definitely not satisfied, which is something they guarantee, but i don't think they care as long as they get their money.

We cannot say enough AMAZING things about Cris's Cleaning Services, LLC! They are truly the MVP in our short-term rental business! They are always on time for cleanings, leave the house SPOTLESS and ready for the next guest, are 100% responsive and honest. They are essentially our housekeepers and keep the house exceptionally well! For the most part, it is because of them that our business consistently maintains a near 5-star rating. 100 percent satisfied. The two workers did a quality job. Came at 9am and left at 4 pm. Nothing rushed just quality work. I highly recommend them. You can find cheaper but you get what you pay for. Last service I used did nothing but complain and kept upping the price. Chris cleaning did what they promised and I highly recommend this company. If I wasn't moving out of state I would use them all the time. Nice job Cris.

OMG, I’m super happy after one long and tough day of work arriving home and noticing my house is spotless with a precious scent, my life changed. It’s perfect, the bathrooms are beautiful. Chris's cleaning service did a superb job in my home. They arrived on time and were very professional. The windows were cleaned inside and out, the floors were spotless, they got between every nook and cranny and went well above my expectations. Excellent service and affordable. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Me and my sister hired Cris’s Cleaning Services when she moved into our new home. We both called around to several cleaning companies in the area to find the right fit. My sister is allergic to pet dander and the homes previous owner had several dogs and a cat. We wanted to make sure we found a company that could provide a DEEP clean to make the house move in ready. We paid more than the other companies quoted because of what Cris’s services offered. But they did not deliver. First, my sister had the existing carpet removed (because of her allergy) and installed

Recently hired Cris's team to help with a move-out cleaning service for an apartment that I moved out of. The 2 women who did the job arrived on time, started cleaning the moment they stepped in and left our apartment SPOTLESS. I took a white paper towel across almost all surfaces (including ceiling fans) and no dust left behind! Our apartment was completely empty but it was definitely dirty from all the moving and the usual wear left behind on stove, fridge and shower glass. After returning the keys to the complex we received a call from our complex manager thanking us for leaving the apartment

I am extremely happy with the work done by Cris's Cleaning Services. I'm visiting my mom in Arizona from Florida and contacted Cris's to do some cleaning around my mom's house. The crew that arrived, Dahlia and Lupe, were on time(actually a few minutes early which is greatly appreciated) and got right to work.
