Services
We offer one of the best carpet cleaning services in the Surprise area. We use only the best equipment, cleaning agents and cleaning methods. Hot water extraction or "steam cleaning" is the preferred cleaning method by major carpet manufactures. We include all pre conditioner and fiber rinse in all our service.
By taking a donor piece either left over from the install or by taking a piece from a closet. Prices vary on this service, if you could either email us a picture or even text a picture to us we can get a good quote to you. We fix this by re stretching with a power stretcher giving it a wall to wall stretch not just a little knee kicker.
Cranmore Carpet Cleaning has been offering carpet to our property managers for years and recently opened our flooring store to the public and our cleaning customers! I have used zerorez a lot in the past but they charge a lot. Decided to try out Cranmore from recommendations in the neighborhood. They came out and cleaned my carpet and addressed some pet mess spots/smells that I had. Wow! They did amazing work and the carpet doesn't even smell now that it's wet. Half the price of zerorez. Friendly also. Definitely recommend!

Used them this week they left our rooms clean and back to new. They were also quick for two bedrooms. It's only a 4star review because they had to reschedule and couldn't make the appt. They were supposed to give us a discount but that didn't happen but it's all good they did a good job and would use them again next time.

Just had a carpet install last week. The whole process was simple and easy and totally affordable. I am really pleased with how it turned out and wish I would have replaced my carpeting sooner with them. Everyone I dealt with from Art (in home estimate) to the installers have been wonderful to work with. I highly recommend based off quality of the product, the customer service and affordability.

We needed several kinds of tile for a bathroom/shower remodel and had been to the big-name places without any luck. In fact, we made THREE trips to one such place, having chosen incompatible sizes and types of tile based on their "design consultant's" help. Never again. Jason just left my house (1415). He’s been here since 1000 (appointment time). He showed, ON TIME. We reviewed what we wanted done. With more of us staying at home during this pandemic and having 4 pets (3 cats and a dog) we found that it was that time again to have the carpets, tiles and grout thoroughly cleaned. In looking for a company, we decided we wanted to go with a local company versus a national outfit.

I would highly recommend Cranmore! The customer service was really top notch. Every person I had contact with on yelp, the phone, and in person was kind and helpful! They did a wonderful job on the carpets, there was not a strong or unpleasant odor, and they were informative about everything they were doing. From start to finish it was such a great experience. I cut it pretty close to Thanksgiving looking for a company to clean the carpets before family came to town. I took to the internet and yelp for help. I looked into four different companies and decided on Cranmore not so much for just pricing, but their quick response time and how friendly they were.
