I had a problem with my HVAC system in my crawl space. I am not a small man so I really couldn't get in there to fix it myself. Called A & R, Eric arrived at the time he quoted, got in the crawl space and took care of my problem. Couldn't have been nicer or more helpful! Would not hesitate to call them again!

Beware of bad heating repair service. My heater was repaired 3 times for the same issue. I had to keep calling back for the same issue wich was very frustrating. There was cardboard used to temporarily fix the heating problem. The only reason why I kept calling back was because the service was under warranty.

Horrible experience. Had an appointment for 7pm and our home is in the town next door to their business location. At 7:10 pm they hadn't shown so I called to see where they were. The owner Eric said that he forgot to take down my phone number during my initial call and that he wanted to reschedule for tomorrow because there were still 2 calls ahead of ours. I made plans to be here at that time, but that was apparently not a concern of the owner. Not to mention that they ignored a call of our a year ago - yet I gave them another chance. Absolutely horrible customer service. Would not recommend this
