Bob holds responsibility for Sales and Service and has the primary accountability for Operations and Installation. Bob has been in the HVAC business since 1979, starting as an installer and technician. He has grown in the business because he has a unique aptitude for understanding the spatial and design requirements of a building's systems and for creating the ductwork to fulfill those requirements.

Our old AC unit, which was about 35 years old stopped working about 1 week before our daughter’s wedding. Needless to say my wife panicked and contacted Bob Ford of CarrFord. He had previously installed a blower fan on our other AC unit and we were satisfied with how quickly he responded to our call. He had to do some schedule changes but was able to remove and install the new AC unit in 3 days! It was a lot of work and we were extremely pleased with the work that his crew performed! Bob Ford (owner) is very likeable, knowledgeable and honest. He came to our house, inspected the AC unit, compressor in attic and pipes in basement. He explained everything to us, offered suggestions, answered our questions and gave us a free estimate.

Extremely pleased with our new air conditioning system. Owner Robert Ford is very knowledgeable and explained the options we had and gave us a good price. The installers were courteous and professional, working cheerfully to install our system in our attic in 100 degree heatwave in July! They cleaned everything when finished. Office staff was helpful too. Great company!
