Kings Carolina Flooring transformed our home!
They sanded every room on our 1st floor from an old brown finish to a beautiful ‘pickled grey’. What a tremendous difference- allowing more light and and the same time great warmth. It changed our ‘salt box’ type home into a more contemporary feel, it is brighter and appears larger.. overall a wonderful improvement.
Owner Paul makes the transition of emptying our entire house of every piece of furniture, including all closets and bathrooms … as pleasant as possible! The final result was so very well with the effort.

Do not recommend this company! They were installing hardwood in my kitchen and dining room two years ago and from day first there were a lot of problems. Pavel (the owner) was trying to be a professional but his crew was not. They left a lot of cracks and burst boards which they could not fix. Next time when I would need to install or refinish my hardwood I will definitely hire another company!

Paul is a dedicated and knowledgeable professional! We had our downstairs living room and office carpet removed and replaced with hardwood floors to match our existing hardwoods. He did a flawless job of lacing our existing floors with new hardwood flooring. They were sanded, stained, buffed and sealed. We also had our carpet removed and replaced with all hardwood floors upstairs too. Paul resurfaced and completed our stairs to match. It was a huge job! Prepare yourself, it is a messy, smelly and dusty. However, well worth it in the end! Paul was patient and attentive to our concerns. Bottom line

We used King Carolina Flooring, we experienced a situation where our floor buckled almost a year after installation. Paul, the owner, came out promptly after we contacted him to evaluate our issue. He honored the 1 year new home warranty and scheduled an appointment for what turned out to be a minor cut and board adjustment. He kept us informed and performed the repair free of charge. It has been my experience that most sub contracted vendors and builders DO NOT come back to repair any warranty issues with your new home. Paul at King Carolina floors was the exception to the rule. We are happy customers

Attention to detail was superb. The complete rip-out of existing floor coverings plus underlayment and subsequent installation of new plywood underlayment and engineered hardwood was flawless. My 40 year house looks like it was built with these new floors. Paul and his team were on-time, on-budget, communicated well and covered all the bases with me. We could not be happier with the results and King Carolina.
