He still has the keys to my home but I try to be here whenever he comes because he's just so pleasant. He was here yesterday to tune up my furnace and humidifier and, as usual, he charged me less than I thought he should. It's so hard to find honest good people these days, but Tony is one of them. I called Anthony today and he showed up a few hours after our initial call.
When I opened my door, he greeted me with a smile. He was extremely friendly throughout the whole process. Also, I'm not very knowledgeable about HVAC units but he explained the situation to me, and also gave me instructions for when maintenance needed to be done on my unit.
