Received an oral estimate of $5-600 to repair a leaking roof and second story bathroom drywall. When I requested a written estimate as most professional companies provide, suddenly Carlos was "no longer interested in doing the project".
Very sketchy.
I can only imagine what the final number would have been.

Needed a bathroom repainted. They removed the old wall paper and found a strange painted surface. So Carlos skim coated the wall, sanded it smooth and painted the bathroom - looks great. Also needed repairs to a porch, new flooring and all painted. Was completed quickly and competently. Value for dollar paid was awesome. Will be using Cadel Construction again on other projects around the home!
