Fuad and his workers did an amazing job replacing our driveway and constructing a beautiful brick and stone walkway in our front yard. Deco America recently completed a memorial project for us, the Jewish War Veterans Post 692, at the Jewish Community Center of Rockville, MD. We were thrilled with Fuad's workmanship and absolutely love our brand new driveway.
Step On Solid Concrete Steps - Concrete is literally bullet proof and we make sure we use the quality materials to make it bullet proof. Weather Is Not An Issue- With sloping the steps so it can drain properly you never have to worry about those steps getting damaged or having them wet especially in the winter times.

Deco America replaced my concrete front steps and walkway. They worked with me to redesign my formerly unsafe steps into something that is very safe, easy to navigate, and stylish. They scheduled and performed the work very quickly. The owner closely oversaw the work and was very responsive. They also worked with an iron worker to design and build a very nice-looking handrail.

We were thrilled with Fuad's workmanship and absolutely love our brand new driveway. It came out even better than we expected, they elevated our walkway so that it fits seamlessly and addressed drainage issues that had long been a problem. If I could leave a minus in stars, I would. Having used them for all sorts of interior work, I hired them for a problem involving the slope of land which was wetting my foundation. It necessitated taking up my patio, which was a gorgeous black slate with 99% very large pieces and a few medium sized ones where necessary. What I ended up with is an ugly slate patio with a few red pieces, some large ones and lots of medium and small sized ones. It's hideous. I would've been happier lighting my $20,000 on fire. I would highly recommend anyone wanting esthetic appeal to stay as far away from Fuad and

Fuad was great to work with. Project was scheduled to last 5-6 weeks depending on weather and rock situations. Well the weather was great this winter but our rock situation was VERY challenging. We had everything from soil that was mostly rock to boulders that we still don't know the actual size of. Boulders so big that our engineer allowed us to use as part of our foundation. Of course the boulder situation made project last longer. This is important, Fuad would NOT start another project until ours was done.

Our house was built in 1959 and we purchased it from the original owner in 2011. We have done a lot of indoor remodeling and the last two pieces were first our backyard patio surface. The old stones were loose and pretty much in a very bad shape. The second part was the walkway leading to our front door. The surface was concert and full of cracks. I found Deco America online and made an appointment with the owner, Mr. Fuad Kader. For the first job he gave me the address to go and select the stone. For the walkway I gave him the color we were looking for and then he brought four types of stones

Fuad responded quickly and did an excellent job repairing a 2'x2' hole that had been cut in my garage slab to access an old fuel oil tank. He tied new rebar into the existing and took the time to send me pictures of each critical step of his repair. His charges were very reasonable and he was a true pleasure to work with.

Deco America recently completed a memorial project for us, the Jewish War Veterans Post 692, at the Jewish Community Center of Rockville, MD. The project was completed on time, so that we will be able to have our dedication ceremony November13th.
Deco America's hand-crafted approach achieved everything that our Post set out to do. Many of our members feel that they went above and beyond what the contract stated. It was also nice that their owner, Fuad Kader, has good taste. He was able to recommend colors, for the project, that has brought the memorial to life.

Deco America redid my front walkway. What seemed to be a problem for others was not an issue for them. They maintained the look we had and did the installation with quality and a soundness of craft. It looks great.
Cleanup happened after the workday and Fuad had some suggestions which improved the result. Great work.
