Quinlan Construction was incorporated in Colorado in March of 1981. We are in our 40th year as a commercial general contractor/construction manager working in Boulder and along the Front Range. We have the expertise to present critical information to achieve success in project estimating, design criteria, scheduling, and value engineering as well as construction means and methods.
Quinlan Construction Inc. has demonstrated since 1981 the ability to manage the design and construction of commercial and industrial facilities of all types. I'm very disappointed at Quinlan Construction. I contracted Quinlan to fix my garage and they weren't able to complete a part of the job (placing the last brick on the garage). They said they would put it up within a week. More than 1 year after repeated calls to them, they still have not completed the job. I will NOT be doing business with Quinlan again nor will I be referring them to anyone

Not able to completely do the repair as deck frame was warped too much. I understand that unforeseen circumstances happen. However, I did not know about this until after I inspected the work the next day. They did not proactively reach out to let me know they could only complete 75% of the project. I emailed twice before they got back to me.
