First note, estimator did not wear a mask.
Second note, estimator come out to my house for an estimate, took some pictures and evaluated deck roof then left. A few days later he called back not with an estimate but to say he "was interested" in doing the work, so now he would have to come back and take some measurements to actually estimate. Second time came out, took measurements, realized initial hacky solution wouldn't work and left again, with no call back heard from agent he was not interested in the job.
This is not how you do customer service. You are busy, you don

This job was done on schedule, perfectly. Our house is now the best it's ever looked, & the really nice part is the clean-up: we remembered our last roofer for several years by the plastic strips that kept showing up. When Regal left, the cleanup was as good as the application. Thanks for great work.

Excellent roofer. We had repairs to our roof, soffit, fascia and replacement of all the gutters. Bryant did a fantastic job. They were very efficient, cost effective and did excellent quality work. A very high attention to detail and focused getting the job done right. We are very pleased. I highly recommend them.

Be aware that they do not work on townhomes that have a roof connected to another neighbor. Even though they had worked on one of our neighbor's roof last year, for some reason this year they considered it too much of an insurance liability. We are not condos, and we each have individual addresses and full individual homeowner's insurance. We made it clear over the phone. It would've been nice to know before sending an estimator out and wasting both of our time. I would've given one star, except the estimator was a nice guy, and it wasn't his fault the owner made this decision

During a leak repair, greater issues were discovered, so we opted to replace the entire roof. The old torch-down was 25 years old, and Regal estimated both TPO (next gen torchdown) and metal. We opted for TPO.
The team was jovial, punctual, efficient, professional, and rather fun to have around for the week of the repair. The result is excellent. Replaced the entire roof, added new ridge vent, replaced/enhanced the fascia all around, and put in 9 new 3" diameter downspouts. Highly recommended.
