We were thrilled with the job(s) Urbizo Brother Roofing company did. We have two properties in Leavenworth, WA, and couldn't get anyone on the east side to give us a bid. We saw a UBR crew working on a home on Whidbey Island, and a light bulb went off wondering if they would help us out by traveling to Leavenworth.

Maros showed up just 2 hours after I called him and that included a ferry ride. He inspected my roof and emailed an estimate the same day and a week later the crew showed up with 5 men and two trucks. In 3 days of hard work we have an excellent new roof clear to the rafters. Our roof decking was bad from a previously poorly done job but Urbizo saved the day. I give 5 stars for the job and clean up. Highly recommended.

I have spoken with Maros my entire experience. He provides nothing but the best customer service. He's very responsive and makes sure that you get what you need. He has a lot of knowledge and helped me through a manufacturer warranty claim and answered all of my questions. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of any roofing work or concerns.

We had so much trouble with these guys. While we did get a decent roof, dealing with this company was not worth it.
They’re messy (left chicken bones in our yard), and they added an unnecessary aspect that changed the design of our green roof, then refused to come back to fix it and stopped responding to communication.
There are better roofers out there. Shop elsewhere.

Recently we found ourselves in need of a new roof. At the height of the season, it was not easy getting roofers to come out to give us an estimate, let alone respond to our requests for one. Maros and his team were fast — they responded the same day and returned an estimate the same week. When we explained our urgent timeline, they were able to accommodate our schedule. Although somewhat slow to respond to email messages, Urbizo Bros Roofing did a great job repairing some roof damage caused by a fallen tree. While they were there doing the repair of the tree damage, they also did a complete inspection of the roof and repaired many minor issues that could have eventually turned into a bigger issues. Highly recommend.

After using Urbizo on our house in Everett, where we received great service, we contacted them again to look at our new house in Lynnwood. Guy on the phone was not an Urbizo brother and wasn't psyched about helping us. He asked me to text him info and he'll get back to me later. After not hearing from him and texting again a few days later, I gave up. They need to talk to this new guy they put in charge.

Our Mukilteo condominium had a leaking roof. There were two separate sections. One was extremely bad. The other had issues but not water coming in.
Got several bids including one from Phil Hogg of Urbizo Bros.
Being an association with multiple stake holders, and not everyone always on the same page at the same time, we presented Phil and the owner of Urbizo with several "opportunities/challenges." They were patient, knowledgeable, and tried to understand and satisfy everyone.
There was an extreme risk of needing mold remediation. Phil set us up with ServPro (who he was doing work for). ServPro

Have used Urbizo Brothers on two different homes since 2003. Excellent work on both jobs. Cleanup was perfect. Most recent was a cedar shake to asphalt conversion which is a really messy and dirty project. Nothing for us to cleanup. They picked up at the end of each day and did a super cleanup at the end of the project.
The crew was very careful to protect our landscape and home and so easy to work with, friendly, polite and considerate. Love our new roof.
