Critical: Quality
Roof leaked after 5 years. Husband didn't realize that there was a 10 year warranty and attempted repair himself. When we realized the leak was in another location and that there was a warranty Jim was such an a-hole about the attempted repair that we told them to pound sand and fixed it ourselves.

We needed a new roof. We called 5 local companies. Only 3 showed up to give us a bid! Out of the 3, 2 were so unprofessional (one company even had the 2 people there giving us a bid were arguing with themselves to the point that I thought I might have to break up a fight)! Jake and Co were by far the most professional.
Out of the 3 companies, they gave us the lowest bid, and we are very satisfied with their work. Quick, clean, quality! That was 3 years ago, and I HIGHLY recommend them to all of my friends!
