Have used Tim Long Plumbing many times in the past. But got completely price gouged during the recent storm. Did 3-4 hours of work, and used minimal parts, but due to the storm, they asked for a credit number ahead of time, which I was fine with. Then I got charged $3000 (with no advance notice) for something that should have cost $400-600. Completely blew me away. Worst yet, I’ve emailed them and called them multiple times to discuss this issue with no return call whatsoever. Seems like a clear lack of integrity.

Tim Long Plumbing installed my appliances in my new home. Instead of using a supplied water supply line from the manufacturer, they decided to create a makeshift line with many adapters (which the factory unit did not have). One of the adapters failed, causing a slow leak which destroyed my cabinets and appliances.
The manufacturer has verified this was caused by the shoddy installation of a non-recommended supply line. Tim Long has been contacted, and asked to make this right,and no cure was offered.

I can't speak for the service but the truck tried running into me with no blinker instead of just signalling. Literally stuck in traffic side by side and he gunned it and swerved into the 4 feet of room between myself and the car in front of me. I let people in all the time. Just be courteous people.

After our potential house inspection came back with several plumbing issues, We called Tim Long & they answered on a holiday and were quick to get out to our house the next day and diagnose the problems before our option period ended! Very honest and knowledgeable local plumbing business!

Would not recommend this plumbing company. The contractor I used for a pool house remodel will also not use them again. To me, this speaks volumes. Does not stand behind their workmanship. They did not test the washing machine drain. Granted, I did not put a washing machine in the house until 2.5 years later, but the drain was sealed by the plumbers. Warranty only good for 1 year. They did send out a plumber, he could not find out the problem why the drain was not draining, said he hit "something hard". I asked for pictures for proof. He did not "get any". Terrible experience - just requested ta plumber to check if a bathroom faucet could be repaired due to a minor leak, already had a replacement in case it couldn't be fixed. The person took exactly 1 hour to try to fix it and at precisely one hour he said he didn't think he could fix and that he'd put in the replacement which took, literally, 4 minutes. (This way he could charge 1 hour+) However, after he installed the basic & similar replacement he said that this faucet was different than the last one and so I needed to get used to pushing the handles backwards instead of pulling forward to turn
