Cornerstone Roofing

We had Cornerstone roofing replace our roof in the summer of 2020. They were excellent from start to finish. We also recently had them come back and patch an old sewer vent that our plumber never took care of. They did a great job, quickly patched the area, and were very reasonably priced. They also replaced our gutters. We couldn't be happier with their service!

CSR installed a new roof on our home in June 2021. Their customer service and sales people were outstanding, and the roof itself is great, though we're still "proving" it now that we're in winter. The foreman for the job also very kindly refinished a porch-ceiling board that we thought was rotten but just needed some surface fixes. We really appreciated that.
We ran into some issues with the installation crew (disposal of old roof materials and unused supplies, broke a flower pot and damaged our rose bush, etc.), but the company quickly addressed this issue with me when I had posted about it

We would highly recommend Cornerstone Roofing, Inc. (Bothell, Wa.). The whole staff was professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. The estimate from Dave Lundeen was very competitive. He did not try to sell us unnecessary product and thoroughly discussed the options. He provided us with detailed photographs and drawings of the work to be done. We had a number of bids and Dave was the only one who took the time to look in the attic crawl space and discussed the interior condition. Very pleased with the job Cornerstone did. We had a new roof put on. We got other quotes, but found Cornerstone to be the most reasonable (not the lowest, but you should see the reviews the lowest guys have). They did the job in one day, since we don't have a huge home. Great clean up. Very responsive to a cosmetic issue we raised after some flashing needed to be hammered down. Sent someone out immediately to fix it. I do recommend this company to anyone who needs a new roof.

Don't bother calling if u need something other than a full roof repair. They aren't doing anything other than full roof replacements. I did use them before and they were decent in price and quality... they did offer several referrals and I appreciate that.

It's really disappointing because many roofing companies don't want to do small work anymore so what do those customers do? Hopefully I'll have luck with one of the 3 u suggested.

CSR went above my expectations on my roof installation. Very professional starting with initial bid, billed exactly as quoted, quality install and great clean up daily, they even send out a QC after roof is complete to go over the roof installation. Overall a topnotch company I would highly recommend!!!

Cornerstone wasn't able to do my repair project, but I'm compelled to write a 5-star review for them anyway. They responded to my request for a quote very quickly, and took the time to give me a recommendation for who to contact for my job. They also gave me advice on looking up my warranty to see if the repair work may be covered by that.

Not often these days do you see a company going out of their way to help you when they're not going to make a dime from it. Really appreciated it!

You know it's time for a new roof when you have to scoop a half inch of asphaltic shingle grit, coming off your 20+ year old roof, out of your gutters every year. I dread getting estimates for any kind of house repairs. But talking with James when he came out to do the estimate was really helpful. He explained the entire process start to finish without sales pressure.

I was impressed at how fast (and well) the job was done. It looks great. Craig was good at getting back to me with the random questions I had before and during the job. I learned that ice and water is not just a beverage.

We were amazed with the speed of the project, the quality of the work, the respect for our property, and the clean up during and after completion.

These guys are great. I had them back after 4 years to check on a leaking skylight. It was over a covered deck and I never noticed it was leaking before. Cornerstone came out the next day in a rain storm and inspected it. They informed me it was leaking due to a flashing error during installation. They tarped it and came back a week later to repair it. They covered all costs and did a great job fixing it. It is great to see a company stand behind there work. They have done 2 roofs for me and I will use them again.

I had a pleasant experience with Cornerstone Roofing though I didn't use their service. I made a quote from the website but unfortunately was told they have a backlog in roof repair mostly due the recent snow. To my surprise later on I received a very detailed email telling me that my roof warranty might be still valid and recommended me several reputable companies that could help inspect & repair my roof.

My roof needed to be inspected for damage. My home is three stories, so it's not easy to get to the roof. Cornerstone Roofing were very straightforward, clear, and fair with how they explained what they would charge for doing this inspection given the height of my roof. The person who did the inspection was efficient and seemed extremely knowledgeable. After the inspection, he said there was no damage to my roof, and nothing needed to be done. They charged be exactly as they had described, and I appreciate that they were straightforward and honest that my roof was fine. Good customer service

The Cornerstone Roofing crew made quick work, completing my roof in one day in spite of finding rotten plywood underneath the old roof. Craig, the project manager, was responsive to my questions and any concerns were addressed promptly. During the midst of COVID19 we discovered our 20 year old roof was leaking. We expected the worst and asked a couple of companies for a bid. Cornerstone was fast to respond. He checked out the problem and gave us a quote of half the price of the other company. Then he offered to check out the rest of the roof. We figured that's where he'd get us. To our surprise, while he did find another problem we didn't know about, he offered a quick fix as opposed to a new roof that was still cheaper than the other company (who didn't even look at the rest of our roof). Dave came out and did a bid for me for my roof leak. He was honest about what he saw and he's been doing this for a while so I felt like I could trust his advice. He sent me a bid with an offer to do work, but not without also suggesting a solution that I could try first that didn't cost me anything. He then sent me an email and a hard copy of the bid with beautiful photos of everything so I could see the places he was suggesting to complete the work. I will call them again in the future as I know they do quality work, but not unnecessary work.

I've used cornerstone 3 more times over the past few years and they are worth more than a 5 star review. I've used them in some commercial applications, and they've proven to give their same highly-detailed, high-quality care to everyone they do business with.

As inevitably happens in business, issues come up. Whether it was through no fault of their own, or if they made an honest mistake, they've always been team players and have stood behind their work and honored their word. Just need to find 100 more contractors like them!!

A smooth, professional process from start to finish.

I contacted several roofers to request bids on a small roofing project. This was for a cottage that had a terribly aging (and leaking) roof. Dave from Cornerstone responded immediately via email and scheduled a time to come out to look at the cottage within a couple of days.

I was impressed with the thoroughness of Cornerstone's bid; the quality of the information; and even the presentation itself. All the bids we received were very close to one another in price, making the choice to go with Cornerstone a slam-dunk.
