Chappies carpet was easy to work with and did a great job overall. Definitely would recommend. The four stars is because they did not follow up with us after the install was complete. (we were out of state when install occurred) and because they could not find my paperwork in their showroom when I went in to order. Other than those two little hiccups everything else was great.

Wow! Everything about this place is terrific. Awesome selection. Quality products. A variety of floors installed in the store to illustrate differences. The woman who helped us, Christina (I think), was an expert at not only flooring but also at customer service. Though I am not sure we'll end up contracting with Chappie's, I left with such a wonderful impression that I am sure I will recommend them for years to come. This place is the epitome of what it means to support local business and work with people who really know their stuff. We love Chappie's.

Fast, Competitively Priced, Great Finish, Respectful Employees - very satisfied with my vinyl flooring install project for 2 bedrooms. Product matched existing colors perfectly and install job was done with attention to details. Work was completed on time with minimum interruptions. Workers were professional and expert at this type of install. My walls were just painted and they left with no evidence of their work on them.
