Critical: Punctuality
Scheduled an appointment 3 weeks ago with Nitro. They were supposed to come yesterday and pushed it back a day. They called just after their arrival window ended today to say they wouldn't be coming today and could they come out some time next week. No thanks! Very frustrating!

Really not sure what happened here -- many very positive reviews but my experience was quite the opposite. I have a broken and leaking water heater and scheduled an appointment for Nitro to come out and replace it. The appointment was scheduled for between 3:30 and 5:00. I called the office around 4:30 to see if they were still coming and left a voice mail. They never showed that day, and never returned any of my follow up calls. Honestly I hope everyone is ok because it seems so out of character based on reviews. At the same time, I'd really like to have hot water again and take a warm shower

We called Nitro to handle the plumbing piece of a kitchen remodel in our condo. They started work within a week and finished the job in a day. Phoenix (with an assist from Wyatt) worked like a Trojan and did a very craftsmanlike job. We're completely happy with the work and will call Nitro without hesitation next time we need plumbing help. Highly recommended!

Jakob was awesome. He re-routed pipes for a tub-to-shower and set the shower pan. Good quality work, very communicative (seems like that’s a rarity with contractors, unfortunately), and really nice. He didn’t even mind my old lady dog supervising him the whole time. ☺️

Nitro Plumbing was a pleasure to work with. I was able to get a same-day estimate and due to a cancellation they fit me in the next day! Jonathan was friendly, courteous and communicative, and the work looks good. He made sure to walk me through everything as it was happening, and again before he left. Sure, you might be able to find someone who will do this more cheaply but to me their level of service, workmanship and the 2 year warranty on their work made the extra cost more than worth it. 12/10 would use them again.

Nitro Plumbing did a fantastic job with replacing my shut off valves and a new faucet plus a few other items. I needed the job done in a hurry before a new tenant came in and they were all over it. Very professional with excellent communication throughout the entire process. I will use them again for all plumbing needs!
