Our air went out yesterday I called Jody and he told me he would be at our home in 45 mins and was there in 30 and only took about 20 mins to fix the problem he even took a few mins to answer questions from my 4 year old who thinks he's the home repair man. Thank you so much for the great response and work.

The BEST customer service I have ever had to deal with. I highly recommend using Kingston before calling anyone else.
I called Kingston Tuesday afternoon when it was getting warm in my house. Not unbearable but warmer then I like. The gentleman explained things to me that made sense as was very honest, and told me it was my decision to have him come out. I decided not to that day. Wouldn’t you know it Thursday night the ac go out. I called Kingston back Friday morning, explained that I had called a couple days ago, and the ac fan wasn’t working. He told me he would be there between 12-1 that
