The technician arrived promptly at the time the appointment was scheduled. He was very polite and professional. He explained the work he was doing as he was doing it, and explained the problem he found with my thermostat/heat pump. He gave me my options of what he could do to fix the problem. Everything was repaired quickly (he did not waste time or drag along as he was working). He showed me how to use the programmable thermostat that he installed and explained some rewiring that he had to do.
As a female I did not feel at all as he may charge or do something that was unnecessary. I feel this
