I'm an Oakland homeowner and used Central Bay Roofing twice in the past year, once for a complete roof shingle replacement, and once to re-roof the flat top separate building that was pooling water on the property. They were very professional, very speedy, responsive and gave accurate estimates. They had fantastic communication, emailing and following up, and calling if something was more time sensitive. Leo even called to re-book me when he had a cancellation, so I got my roof replaced a month ahead of schedule. It is uncommon to have employ a business like this that is so proactive and professional
