We have used Engle Services for our HVAC for years. They are consistently honest and fair as well as dependable. The girls who answer the calls are sweet and helpful. Steven is great! Luis went above and beyond for us one weekend when one of our renters with an infant didn't have heat, and we were told by the gas company that they do not come out on weekends to unlock meters so that the heat could be fixed. He got them fixed up so they wouldn't have to go somewhere else to stay. That's customer service and we are thankful for them.

I have been frustrated with my new thermostat. I know that I even gave a poor review, however Stephen has hung in there and he is always so professional and so Courteous. He came back today and has me all put back together. Stephen is a very smart professional worker. I don’t know that I will ever want anyone else besides him. Today I was alone and he is so respectful. He truly is wonderful and I do apologize for anything negative that I have said

Disappointed to hear this business refused to service the AC of an urgent care due to him being turned away for care as a result of high volumes. The spite of not being able to be given special priority during a global pandemic and choosing to leave healthcare workers (who have been working tirelessly for a year and a half to take care of the community is frankly disgusting, sad behavior.
Please consider giving your business to someone who supports the healthcare community during this very trying time.

Pretty sure someone called you several times to service the HVAC at Urgent Care. You PURPOSELY strung them along for DAYS and then you were over heard by an employees family member talking about how you kept stringing them along and wouldn’t fix the AC because you weren’t able to be seen. 1st of all… do you know how many patients they see a day?… Do you know that they have to wear gowns, and masks, and face shields and gloves ALL DAY LONG! They are fast and reliable. I had a new unit put in and they where by far the cheapest and quickest. I did not have any problems. So I. Called them out to check my niece's unit that no one could seem to fix. They had it fix and running in 1 day. So if your looking for someone that you can trust to do your work call Engles. Lewis was so professional and very quick to respond. I called him at 3pm about our air being out and he was at my house doing the repair within a couple of hours. He had my air up and running perfectly by 6;15pm. We are so thankful to have a cool house tonight. We will definitely use them again for any future needs.
