Very knowledgeable and the diagnosed the problem quickly. Just hoping the part doesn’t take long to come in b/c the inside of my house is almost 90°! The only reason why I would not give them five stars is because I thought $185 was too expensive just for a diagnosis.

The Affordable service person was on time. After checking out the unit, he showed me the defective capacitor and damaged wire. He replaced the part and repaired the wire then he checked all the other components and the freon to be sure all was ok. He was very thorough, professional and courteous.

Very professional, arrived when stated, assessed the issue to figure out why unit kept turning itself and thermostat off, explained the cause and what it would take to rectify the issue. Took care of everything within an hour and stayed a few more minutes to ensure unit was cooling the house. Highly recommend their services are excellent and their prices are truly Affordable!!
