Bobby and Albert performed an outstanding job of removing a non working heater and replaced it with a wonderful Lennox Elite heater. They protected all the hardwood floors and carpeted areas. They were on time, professional and polite. They explained the new system and what to expect from its efficiency. They cleaned up and made sure we were comfortable before they left. Patrick repaired and cleaned our gas fireplace which had not been serviced in 15 years. It looked almost new after he was done and worked well. It was not cheap, but we got what we paid for... topnotch service. Patrick was so professional, knowledgeable and personable. If I needed work done again, I would request him personally.

Miguel and Justin did an amazing job on my duct cleaning. I researched so many companies before choosing Now Heating & Air. I am highly sensitive to mold spores and dust after having previous exposure and it was important to go with a company I could trust. Jackie answered all of my questions over the phone ahead of time, and Miguel walked me through his entire process before starting any work. The cleaning itself took 3-4 hours and Justin even knocked out a blocked vent upstairs to create more airflow. I ended up learning a lot in the process. I am so glad I chose to go with Now Heating & Air

They agreed to put me on a service contract. I agreed to that and also to a furnance cleaning. The person came out and looked at the furnance from a distance and left. They charged a $118 fee for this. They refused to put me on the service contact that they said they would that has free inspections and is $380 a year. Also they said whether the furnance needed it or not I had to have a furnance cleaning for $1000 before I could get on the service contract. This was not what I was told. They don't even know if my furnance needs cleaning because they didn't even inspect it, just

We used these guys last year for an emergency repair which they were helpful and quick. We then hired them to do more work in our house and the quote was more than a thousand dollars less than what they ultimately charged us. Subsequently, we hear water when we turn on the heat, and upon calling them again they tried to sell us a new system which made no sense as ours is only 5 years old and there was no noise until they bled the system. I am very dissatisfied as we gave up trying to reach them for follow up on the matter.

The team from NOW did an excellent job! They were courteous, professional, experienced and very efficient. Rod had the lead on the install and made sure everything was perfect. I felt comfortable having the guys in my home and they were especially respectful of not damaging the landscaping when working outside. The office staff did a great job as well. I highly recommend NOW as I have used them in the past for a furnace purchase and will call them in the future if I require more of the services they provide.

Let me be clear, I hate writing these reviews. I work in a very similar industry on the commercial side, so I know that mistakes happen but it’s how the business responds that truly defines it’s culture. I give this two stars because the Lennox unit I got is awesome and works great, but poor customer service and after-care are unforgivable in competitive rich industries. It's been awhile, but this needs shared. It was Christmas Eve night, and it was COLD. My tenants called and informed me that their heat had gone out, and the temp on the inside of their home was down to the 30's. I immediately called the HVAC company I had been doing business with, only to hear, "I'm sorry, but it's Christmas Eve, and our technicians are unavailable. We'd be happy to schedule you for the the 26th?" -Thank you, but no.
I called a few more companies, only to hear the same thing.

Now heating and air came out today was ontime respectful told me how to save money,the best time to do it,showed me the part that needs to be replaced,explained what needs to be done now and what can wait until spring,i won't forget his name EYON(HOPE I SPELLED IT RIGHT ) he wore the shoe covers,he is coming back Saturday with a minor part,this is the 3rd time they've been here,put my furnace,then a.c. unit, and service them, i trust them completely,when he was done he called it in and i had the chance to tell them what i thought and they ask me if i was pleased with the service.THANK

When I was complaining to a friend about my boiler making odd noises, they recommended that I give Now Heating and Air a call. I looked on Yelp and saw their positive reviews and decided to take advantage of their $29 Tune Up offer. I called and spoke with Lisa, who was extremely friendly and empathetic listening to my boiler concerns. She was able to schedule for someone to come to my house the next day.

I have had a terrible experience with this company in the past. They are con artists for sure. The only thing you can believe about their technicians is that they will try to do everything they can to help you spend money. Please read all of the reviews before you fall for their nonsense and hire them to do anything.

Have had great experiences with Now. Most recently our system was having some difficulty. They were able to schedule us the day I called and the technician Son was knowledgeable, professional, and was able to correct the problem right then. Will definitely be using them for our furnace maintenance in the fall.

Now heating and air were diligent in communication and arrived in the first 30 mins of there two hour time frame. My tech Ian was efficient, open and honest. Ian contacted his supervisor Sam who provided even more insight to my situation. The pricing was broke down and explain throughly giving me a full understanding. I would recommend this company for HVAC needs!

The company came out to do a $49 inspection before summer hit. They proceeded to disable our unit and then tell us we needed a brand new $13,000 + unit. We got a second opinion and they showed us how they sabotaged our current working unit which is only 7 years old. Would NOT recommend a fraudulent company such as this.
