Well, our home ended being a tough one to figure out how to cool! Comfort Pros have never given up! They are continuing to make our home feel cool, and me being a tradesmen also I know the frustration and trying to make the customer happy and I know they will complete that task & can’t wait for the spring to get our home to the Comfort Pro Standards of Living comfortable!

Both men who came to fix the AC, and later to check the furnace were quick and efficient and very thorough and let me know every step they were doing. The first person who came to fix the AC even washed and dried the furnace filter for me.
Both were polite but friendly and I appreciated their help!

The service was excellent. They were on time and installed my new AC system including zoning in one day. They explained in detail all aspects of my new AC system. The quality of their work was beyond reproach. The system they installed has worked flawlessly and my electric bill has been reduced dramatically. Everyone from the customer service representative to the installers and the owner were very responsive to any and all questions I had and made the whole process easy. I called Comfort Pros this morning to get some help with my furnace not heating and they were able to come out the same day and quickly diagnosed and fixed my issue. Ryan was early for the appointment (called first to make sure that worked), was fast and professional and clearly walked me through everything. Pricing was fair as well - definitely earned my business moving forward.
