We are Jim and Cathy Pedersen. We have been married for over 28 years and share the same passion for PEOPLE and remodeling. Together, we have three sons. Jim has been doing construction his whole life and has always enjoyed the work. We are thrilled our oldest son Justin has decided to go into the family business and take it into the next generation.

Pedersen Construction was there for me when other companies were either not responsive or didn't show up when promised.
I was super impressed by the work performed - woodpeckers had pecked holes in the attic area of my home. They installed new Hardi concrete/fiber siding and painted. It looks better now that it did before :-)
I highly recommend this company without reservation!

We had a great experience with Pedersen Construction. They did a total bath remodel and replaced the flooring in our bedroom. Justin and Mike were always on time and very professional. Their quality of work was top notch. Their pricing was also very fair. We plan on using them for other home improvement projects.

We have had Petersen Construction do a couple of projects over the past year and have been extremely pleased with their work. Everyone has issues but we have always been able to work together and get through them. Currently working on two more projects with them.

Pedersen Construction finished our basement, including adding a bedroom and walk-in pantry. They were quick to respond in all communications, and their work quality was excellent! We were extremely pleased with everything, from the framing and drywall, to the carpeting and finishing touches. They were affordable, communicative, and always on time. I would highly recommend Pedersen Construction for any finishing needs!

We have invested a substantial amount of money in home improvements over the past year. We hired Pederson General contractors to do the siding and deck replacement. With some gentle guidance the siding came out just fine. I’m a very particular person when it comes to craftsmanship and attention to detail. When the plans that I paid 500.$ for were not followed on my deck, I was disappointed to say the least. Their solution was to put a side deck off the lower one. I would have preferred them to build the deck to the specs that I had paid for. Just this week, one year later, they finally got around

Pedersen Construction finished out our basement into a complete apartment with its own deck. They created a handicap accessible bathroom for my mother and a lovely stand alone apartment for her.
We were so happy with their work we then had them build our fences ( on a steep slope) for the yard, redo/ update our existing deck railings, remodel our master bathroom, redo our great room tile, update our kitchen, and build a brand new combination laundry room and butlers pantry by bumping into the existing extra garage space. Not only were they on time with all projects, they were also on budget and
