I am also factory trained and certified dealer for Rinnai tank less hot water heaters, Triangle Tube condensing boilers and Lincoln Log Homes International. We provide Bailey Construction and Restoration in addition to other services, including carpentry, and log home construction work in most front range areas, including Park and Jefferson Counties. We build custom Log homes from 8 Southern yellow pine. We use Southern yellow pine for its hardier characteristics and appearance over the years.

Costin’s workmanship is beautiful. We are so happy with our bathroom remodel. He was always punctual and courteous. He was mindful and respectful of our time. Although we had many hiccups with this project, it was not his fault and he did all he could to make it right for us. We appreciated his care in the details. We definitely recommend his work. He’s a Jack of all trades it seems as well. So if you need it done, I’m sure he can do it.

Costin re-engineered my utilities room, getting rid of the bulky old hot water heater, replacing it with a tankless that is more efficient. At the same time, he replaced my undersized water tank with a bigger one. The job required re-engineering piping and water flow. As always, Costin did an excellent job. I recommend him for any work you need done.

Mr Stanesco completed the installation of a hot tub that I had purchased. that included the wiring and repairing a couple of leaks that came up during install. He also instructed my on the proper use.
We are not planning a master bath remodel with Mr Stanesco and his team. I highly recommend him for all your needs as well.

Costin installed a new tankless hot water heater for us. He did a nice, clean job and was willing to work with us on our preferences on the venting and how we wanted to mount it. My husband (also a contractor) installed the venting from our attic, out the roof where there was already an existing hole from the old hot water heater. Costin handled everything else, including mounting the tankless unit, the plumbing and disposed of the old hot water heater. He was pleasant to work with, professional and on time.

Being residents of the Bailey community, Costin came highly recommended by our realtor and he did not disappoint. Have an Overhead microwave oven that was a little tricky to install. The original installers passed on doing the job. Costin was able to take care of it with no problem. He was professional and showed up when he said he would. He did a great job at a reasonable price. We would recommend him and will use him again.
