Advance Repair and Maintenance has always went above and beyond my expectation. Hands down the best costumer service and most professional group of service people out there.
When I was looking too upgrading my heat pump and air handler, Mr. Dan and his team provided me answers to all the questions I had. Never did they force the sale on me. Being this replacement was going to be an expensive one, I shopped around and Mr. Dan had the best price.
While waiting for our new AC to come in, our current system messed up. I reached out to Mr. Dan and he took several phone calls and made several trips

Be careful dealing with this company. I have had an ongoing problem with my Trane unit they installed October 30, 2018. They did attempt to correct the issue by cleaning the coils 4 times, which did not correct the issue. Now, Dan Kinsey will not return my phone calls or text messages. I guess once he makes the initial installment of your unit, you are on your own. I have filed a formal complaint with Trane corporate office against this business. BEWARE!!!!! I hated to give one star but didn't have the choice to give zero stars.
