Rockland was sent by AHS for home warranty. We had a tub that was leaking at the overflow and had water coming into a laundry room below. Rockland plumber was "Joe", and I completely satisfied with the service, Joe was professional, knowledgeable, and found the problem right away, and was finished in less than 30 minutes also arrived on time. My home warranty is about to expire, and because of this contractor I will probably stick with AHS as I was pleased with the service.

This is the absolute worst company ever!!! They came out to our house to fix a broken pipe and did shoddy work where the problem still occurred a year later. When we called them and asked the to come back out and make it right after getting three other opinions from trusted plumbers who noticed their shoddy and malpractice work they refused to acknowledge the issue and tried to charge us more money just to come back out. Additionally, the owner, Rocky, didn't even have the respect to call me back after severals calls, texts and emails to even have a discussion. They people are con artists and don

I had Rockland come out to replace part of my sewer line. Jake and his associate were on time and were very professional. For the work they performed I was charged a reasonable price. From now on I will have Rockland perform all my plumbing needs. Jake is an honest hard worker.

We had Rockland install a hot water heater and Joseph did a fantastic job. Since then we had a shut off valve leaking and an instant hot water unit not working. We have HWA warranty and requested Rockland. They said fine but we would have to wait a couple of days. We never received a call from them so i called. No response. I left over 5 messages over a two week time period. No response. We are now in the third week trying to get a plumber. It would have been nice to let us know they did not want the job so we could have called another plumber and gotten our leak repaired.

If I could give them a zero i would. Disrespectful of my time. Had an appointment between 10-2. Called at 3:20 to say they would be here within a hour. I call them at 5:30 and they lie and said they came and I wasn't here. Asked if they came why didn't they call, lied and said they called. No call, no show. Not interested in rescheduling with you because you already have shown that you have no work ethic. I can understand things happen but I will not accept a liar. American Home Shield needs to choose better vendors to do business with.

Got assigned this company thru American Home Shield (AHS) warranty. They gave us a window of 2-6pm the next day. No call and no show. Can't get in touch with them either. I'll be insisting that AHS drop them from their network of contractors and requesting another be assigned.
