Had water coming up from a drain in the basement. Noticed it late at night and called for emergency service. They called me back within an hour and arranged for a certain time frame for the technician to show up. The water receded some but I was still concerned. The tech arrived exactly when he said he would. He ended up rodding out the line and said there were tree roots and wipes causing the clog. I have lived here for over 20 years, and the house is one of the older ones in the block, and I haven't had a problem until now, so I can't really complain. The service tech (Dave) was friendly and

The technician was courteous and professional. Very positive attitude. Communication was excellent. He told me what he was going to do every step of the way. I appreciated that his equipment was clean and he protected the floors with a cloth and he completely cleaned up any mess that he made. He left the area cleaner than it was when he arrived. I appreciated not having to clean up a repairman's mess.
