Jeff and his colleague were incredibly kind and helped explain what was wrong with our basement in an emergency situation. Before they did any work, they told us about our options, the cost, and result of each. We chose hydro jetting which we are now convinced is the best option. They got our drains draining then did a camera inspection along with thorough long needed cleaning of our main drains.

Please people watch out they ripped me off, got charged $2000 for a sewer issue, the water was returning to the kitchen sink.I called them in march,March, problem came back in june.There was a warranty for six months so June of 2021 the issue came back,I must have called them at least 30 times no answer. As you can see I got ripped off. Please people go somewhere else. AS ALWAYS THEY WILL SAY IM SORTY CALL ME BACK TO FIX IT .I had hoped they would still come. That's why is a late post.

Fair price, great service, would definitely recommend!
We just used Infinity to fix our leaking kitchen sink. I can’t remember the name of the gentleman who came out but he was wonderful! Fixed our sink right away and kindly explained what we did wrong when we tried to fix it ourselves 😂

I have had this company three times and they responded quickly and fixed the problem. One job was extremely expensive to say the least. The fourth time I called very recently Jeff said he would come out that Saturday he said what i was describing was not serious. I waited all day he never came by or call he was not coming. I called and left a message a few days later asking why he didn’t come no response. I then left another message as to should I just move since i am getting my basement redone and I didn’t want them going down there if possible after the remodel which i was explained twice

Infinity will be my go-to plumber going forward. I’ve had 3 plumbers come out to my building this year and none were able to properly fix my issue. They came out same day and solved my flooding problem. I called Infinity after seeing that their equipment looked new. I asked to see the equipment they would be using and not only did he show me, he explained the purpose of each head he’d be using to address my clog in the main line. Jeff did an excellent job in our basement. He re-piped 70 year old cast iron, installed a new water heater, corrected old DIY errors, installed a whole house water filter, re-piped the laundry, installed a pit and all piping for a new bathroom. His estimate was spot on. Very professional and cleaned up every area he worked in. I very highly recommend this company!!!

I have been a Realtor (and real estate investor) for over 25 years and have worked with numerous contractors. Infinity Sewer is professional and knowledgeable in their field. They are more than qualified for your small and or large project. I was surprised to see that they had the equipment needed for our major sewer blockage. The guys have Plumbing in their bloodline!! As a new homeowner in the area, I had no idea where to go for help when I ran out of hot water on a recent snowy night. An online search led me to Infinity, and I'm so glad! The dispatcher was friendly and efficient. Despite the terrible weather, two technicians, Mike and Jeff, arrived in less than an hour. They were professional, courteous and really pleasant, as if there was nothing they'd rather be doing. They even shoveled my driveway so I didn't have to go out in the cold. Mike and Jeff did a great job (shoveling and also installing my new water heater). Excellent service, quality work, fair

I had a plumbing problem that required a section of my main sewer line to be dug up and replaced.Plumbers showed up promptly and gave me a free estimate. They gave me a price for the work they were going to do but I decided to get some more estimates, and told them if I don’t find a better price I was going to contact them again.The owner Jeff was very professional and understanding. After getting a few more estimates I realized they were saving me a lot more money than other plumbing companies.They did a wonderful job and at more than a fair price.The guys are very knowledgeable and polite also
