Trojan Plumbing Company was formed in 2011 by Troy and Michelle Koren. Troy began his plumbing career at the young age of 18. After relocating at 19, he continued plumbing for several companies. He strategically worked at companies that specialized in different aspects of the trade. Starting with service plumbing, then moving to residential new construction, then commercial new construction, finally circling back to service.

Called Trojan Plumbing to fix a faucet in bathroom sink and to install a new shower fixture. I was originally told they could fix the sink for 50 bucks. Then never got a call back from their plumbers Mike and Shane. After months of not hearing from them. I called the main office and voiced my concern about their plumbers not returning my call. They then send two different plumbers out to my house and they quoted me $1,250 and said prices went up because of Covid, and those are their prices. They obviously didn’t want to do the work and gave me a ridiculous price. I won’t be hiring this company

Abhorrent service from the top down. It's been nearly three months and the issue remains unresolved. Brought them in for a leaky faucet. The over-worked kid they sent in complained about it being Fathers Day and He wanted to be spending time with his son. Very anxious and aggressive. Had to purchase a Moen handle, couldn't find it, put it on order. Months later we're calling to find out what's going on with the handle and we're dripping again. Repeated unreturned calls. Mgr calls -- he sends two guys out with a new cartridge and some knock off handle nothing like the handle their guy took to have

I can't say enough about how great Trojan plumbing worked out for me .....Tony and Randy were the guys that came out and did the work.they are both highly skilled workers . Their people skills were also really good .... I had a pretty big job done .... I recently bought a house and it came with some plumbing issues. That can be nerve-racking. Initially, Trojan Plumbing was very responsive. Mike came out. Very nice guy. He said he had to order some part and he would get back to us. I called a week later for update, spoke to a couple different people and was told I'd get a call back. Didn't happen. Called again a week or two later, and was told Mike would return my call that day. I never heard from anyone. Went with someone else. It was just a simple leak.

Awesome experience all around! We needed either a toilet repair or a new toilet installed. Mike and Shane were professional and helpful and gave us the guidance we needed to make the right decision! They was able to come back within 2 days with a brand new toilet and had it installed within 30-60 minutes. Hannah at the front desk is very friendly and helpful as well!

We first called Trojan about 6 years ago to check out our soil pipe because a roofer thought that was where the leak in our roof was coming from. Jason arrived and discovered the pipe was fine. Since we were clueless about soil pipes, we were impressed with his honesty.
At the time our bathroom tub was slowing draining during showers. Also when water was released from the bathroom sink there would be sooty water that would back up into the tub. So we asked Jason to take a look at it and right away he figured out what the problem was. It took maybe 10 minutes from start to finish and both drains
