Defective tile / very poor customer service - I had the same experience as the previous review. I bought "KURSAAL PURE" for my bathroom. (BEWARE OF THIS TILE!) Once installed, the tile would not come clean no matter what we did. Everything literally stuck to the floor and everyday it looked like it had big stains in it. . I was facing my worst nightmare since the tile was installed underneath the new cabinet & marble top. I reached out to JC flooring expecting for their help since I was a good customer and had purchased the flooring for my ENTIRE home through them. To my shock, they simply did

They have an incredible selection and knew exactly what I needed when I described our lanai. We had their cedar tongue and groove planks installed on the ceiling right before Memorial Day 2017. One+ year later everything looks just as good as when it was first installed. Great experience and a knowledgable team.
