They came and cleaned my carpets (2 hrs late) They have a guarantee and she actually called the next day to see how my carpets looked. I wasn’t very happy with the way that they looked so she said that they would come back out. They were supposed to be out this afternoon at 3:00, but it’s after 5:00 now and no call, no show. A guarantee is only good if you actually show up to fix the problem.

Need your carpets cleaned? DO NOT call L&M Carpet and Upholstery out of Ft. Collins. They came out and cleaned my carpets. I wasn’t happy with the results, no problem, they guarantee their work. They have rescheduled with me 3 times now to redo the job. Two of those times, no shows, the 3rd time they called because they had an emergency water extraction and rescheduled, but the reschedule was my second no show.

Nate was wonderful. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He was professional in his work. I was skeptical that anyone could even get my floors cleaned with boys living in the house. That, and my carpets are WHITE. L & M's services impressed me. They look as good as the day we moved in. As for pricing...I called around to many carpet cleaning companies and L&M's pricing was the most reasonable. They also are able to get their equipment up to high rise apartments, which not many companies can do. Thanks Nate.

First, I have to share how wonderful the staff is at L&M. I've been using them for over a year now. I have used many carpet cleaning companies in town, and they don't eve come close to the work that L&M does. I have an old senior dog who has accidents in my home, so I use them probably every 3 months to keep up on the spots. The product they use to eliminate the order and stain is bar non the best spot treatment I've ever seen used on my carpets. I am so grateful to Gary and Nate. I've had a lot of medical challenges over the last couple of years, and they have been so kind and compassionate with

These guys have cleaned carpets at my house, business, and rentals over the past few years and they are top notch. They stand behind their work so typically they will work until you are happy with the outcome.
I have used other companies in the past that don't extract the soap and chemicals well enough so the carpet looks just as bad in two weeks. This company will keep your carpets looking new if you have them out once or twice per year.
