I NEVER give online reviews, but I am doing so now because I was so happy with the results and service. The gentleman explained all of the work he was doing and then did a great job. I would highly recommend this service - if you get half the service we did, you will be very pleased. Great service, on time arrival, friendly hard working staff, and they are a local family owned business!

I called on what I felt was short notice, I thought it was going to be difficult to get someone out to the house considering that it would be New Year's Eve.

I called steam way care carpet cleaning from Fort Collins on a Sunday morning and had my carpets done that Sunday afternoon. This was the best carpet cleaning service that I have ever had. the customer representative was the hardest-working representative I have ever seen. I have never seen a carpet care person take so much pride in their work as well as have a vast array of knowledge and how to perform the job and taking out stains.

This carpet cleaning company is probably one the best in the Northern Front Range. The person who came was exceptionally nice and took the time to explain things regarding the carpet and to actually talk to you as if he was your friend for 10 years. Real good solid guy and did a wonderful job, actually an exceptional job on the carpets they look almost brand new.
I would suggest this to anyone looking for carpet cleaning in Northern Colorado. You can only rate 5 stars on Yelp but I would give this a 10.

My first time having to get my carpets cleaned before moving out of my apartment and this was a great service! Make sure you schedule them early because their spots do fill up at the end of the month, and if your parking lot is like mine (not very close to the apartment) then make sure you mention that so they bring a long enough hose. Loved the service! I definitely recommend it!

We hired this company to come clean our rental house upon move out. We hired them because of a special they had. When the owner came to clean our carpets he started up selling us right away, trying to get more money from us the minute he walked in the door. We ended up adding more rooms and a deodorizer to the main area. When the carpets dried, it smelled worse than it did before! He came back out and told the owner of the house it was the pad and not his sub par cleaning job. We pulled up the carpet and the pad was not soiled in any way. We hired another company and the carpets are good as new

This company did a wonderful job on our condo. They confirmed the appointment with us via text message and then also confirm when the driver is on the way which really helped to know exactly when he would be there so that we were also there, since we have not moved in yet. It looks wonderful and he explained the process well, since we've never gotten carpet cleaned. We didn't want to wait around to have it done so we asked him to lock up and he completed everything, as requested. Very happy with this company!
