Our heat broke late on a Friday night in January and I immediately called Ted and he was very quick to respond and came out first thing on Saturday morning. His pricing was very reasonable and the ease of getting him to the house to fix our issue was worth every single penny! Can't recommend Tritan enough!

Ted was responsive, transparent and brings value to the customer. He’s a trustworthy person. Our furnace went out and he came promptly during evening hours to check it and brought it back on. He also gives you a lot of information about how to properly maintain the equipment. His service is excellent and dependable. DO NOT USE!! Came out as being contracted out to perform service. Only accepted cash or check. After being paid demanded to know who touched the system. He left and said he would return on Friday. He came today did a quick rediagnosis and determined it was a couple different parts that needed to be replaced. Said he would return later this afternoon with correct parts. Never returned no return phone calls no return text messages. Poor communication. This guy is garbage he is only looking for the cash jobs. Shady from the start. Because of his negligence my warranty is now voided. Thanks Ted!!

I've had a couple of jobs done by Tritan Heating in Plumbing. Last March, I was referred to this company when my furnace went out. Chad did a great job and a very competition price.àà Excellent response time and was able to change the furnace within a day. He recommended changing the AC when the weather got warmer and he promptly followed up for the installation. The other job was completed today, had a couple of water heaters die this weekend due to sediment build up. Chad responded right away and again gave a great price. I have a couple more things I need him to do in the next couple

Tried to install a garbage disposal yesterday that I bought at Home Depot. Virtually NO instructions included. Worked 3 1/2 hours trying to get it in and couldn't finish so I called Tritan. Ted was at my house 3 hours later, fixed what I had done wrong and finished the install. Excellent result and very reasonable. I would recommend Tritan to anyone for plumbing and HVAC.

After an initial appearance to collect the trade fee, this vendor was a no show! Our Home Warranty company had contracted this company, but they we're unable to get any response either via email or phone regarding the problem nor the solution to our air conditioning problem. The second company called was prompt and had the air working in less than an hour. If your looking for HVAC, keep looking!

Ted has come to my rescue more than once in the last month. First I must say that finding a skilled tradesman is challenging and very tough to sort through. Appointment #1: I was quite impressed with Ted and was comfortable with him from the beginning - from the on-set he treated me like family! We were looking for someone to fix our furnace and I was recommended to call ted. He came over the same day I called at about 7:30p.m bc we have a little boy and needed heat that night. Ted showed up and was extremely professional and polite. I explained to him the problem we were having, he ended up getting it fixed without any complications . While he was there I had mentioned to him that our water heater was getting old and asked him to give me a price for a new one.
