Don responded to a call for an ejector pump issue. He came out a few days later as scheduled, texted me to let me know his arrival time, and replaced our pump quickly and got everything working again. We've had him out to unclog a kitchen sink line, and recently he installed a backup sump pump for us. At each visit he lets me know when he's coming and shows up on time. His prices are fair, his communication is great, and he is a really nice guy. I'm not looking forward to our next plumbing issue, but when it happens, I've got Don on speed dial.

I can’t begin to tell how thankful I am to have found this company to help us with our plumbing needs. The water heater at home busted couple weeks ago and Don was so professional, reliable, quick. Thorough but -fast-! This guy knows his stuff and was even prepared for the unexpected so there was no delay. I've used him for multiple projects... I even called him late one night when my water heater went out and he was there with a new one installed before lunch the next morning!
