Derek is super knowledgable and has seems limitless amount of experience with whatever floor type or finish you present to him. He and his team did a fantastic job refinishing my clients floors. My client has red oak floors and wanted to a light, almost whitewashed finish. The initial finish came off more pink than my client desired. Derek assured them this would fade down over time and result in the exact finish they were after. My client wasn't having it. They were very disappointed with the finish. Where can I start? Wow! They were always on time, Derek the owner came out to meet me in person gave me valuable information to make an educated decision on our floors. My wife and I just bought our very first home and these floors are original hardwood floor from 1959. They treated our home as their own. Derek and his staff did an amazing job on restoring our engineered hardwood floors. I was surprised that it could even be done and even more surprised how effective the dustless system was! The dust was hardly noticeable!!! Derek was also very detailed in color matching the other floors in the house and making sure he did 2 coats of poly before the final buff to make them look great! I also highly recommend the Polyplaz 1K water based upgrade. That really made a difference on the final finish of the floor.
