Criterion Plumbers is hands down: the best of the best. I purchased and moved into my Santa Rosa fixer-upper three years ago with the promise to remodel this horribly neglected and dilapidated house (which might I add was able to purchase for a steal - however, I did get what I paid for) within the following 12 months. 12 months turned into 24 months and then into 36 months until I couldn't stand the state my place was in. My house literally went from bad to worse during this time so, as I'm sure you guessed it ...I couldn't procrastinate any longer. First on my list: plumbing! I needed to recipe

Chris did an outstanding job! I had a leak in my bathroom and he took time to troubleshoot and rerouted the piping behind the shower. Chris was pleasant, efficient, professional and so thorough. I was impressed with the piping result -it looked great. He also removed all debris and cleaned up the work area before leaving! I am very pleased with his work.

I've never dealt with a more reliable, honest, hardworking company than this one. We were referred by a family friend to Criterion Plumbers to help us out with a bathroom remodel we thought we'd conquer on our own but instead butchered and made a mess that needed to be salvaged (if this was possible). When Chris showed up, he was very professional, reassuring us that we hadn't completely FUBAR'd the situation and it was indeed salvageable without costing us a refi or our first born child. These guys are amazing! I've used a lot of plumbers as im in the industry of buying worn down homes and selling them (house flipping) but, no one can compare with the level of professionalism, upfront pricing, honesty, and their delivery of the final product that Criterion does. You get what you pay for and they're certainly not the cheapest, but they're the best and as I said earlier, I know what my dollar gets me with plumbers and let me tell you, every dollar is a dollar well spent. They're warranty is also top notch in the industry! Thanks Criterion!
