This company is an enigma to me. So many 5 star reviews I wonder "what the heck happened". Don't recall the guys name, but after several attempts to get him to come out, he finally shows up to clean two area rugs. He picked them up, said he'd call me back in a few weeks..no problem.........That was 5 months ago. Never heard back from him.

Highly recommend! I hired them to repair a small section of my carpet that my puppy chewed, and they were able to fix it quickly and perfectly! I can’t even tell where it was now, and I’ve already hired them to come back and do a carpet clean. Very friendly and professional, look forward to having them again!

I am unhappy with this company. They really overcharged me for the service. I have a 600 SF occupied apartment. The technician charged me $250.00. His initial verbal quote was around $170.00, then he added fees to vacuum the carpet as he said it was covered with my long hairs clogging up his equipment. (I vacuumed prior to the appointment, which I told him. )
Also, the weather stripping came off of my front door because of his hose so I had to call Maintenance the next day to fix it.
I only picked this company as they belong to the BBB. They are ripping people off with their pricing. Don't use
