Carpets turned out ok from cleaning. Looked good from the naked eye. But pet odor was still there right after being freshly cleaned. Had received multiple quotes from other companies and was double the price. Needed the job done that day so went with them as they were available.

The company is wonderful. We bought our first house and the previous owners had big dogs. We wanted to get the carpets cleaned before moving our furniture in, but the closing date kept getting pushed out. We were able to schedule Genesis carpet cleaning on a Tuesday for a cleaning service on Thursday. Jeff has been cleaning my carpets for quite some time. He is prompt and professional and quick. My old carpets look like new when he is done. He has a restorative method that can lift dirt and fiber you didn't even know was there. For around $400 you can have four rooms, and one large wool area rug restored, deep cleaned, and pet protected. I highly recommend Genesis Carpet Cleaning.

Jeff was so personable and kind. He did great work! Our new furniture was about to be delivered and after we took out our old couches we noticed we needed a carpet cleaning badly! I called Jeff, as recommended, to schedule a move-out carpet cleaning service and it was great from start to finish. Jeff was able to schedule us for a Saturday (which is important to us since we are incredibly busy with four children), and even told us about how they offer move-out/in cleaning services! Here is appointment day, Jeff came in, we went over what areas were ... not in the best shape... and he got right to work! Our three rooms+closet and living room area took about 40 mins!! Our carpets look wonderful, Jeff was very friendly and professional, service was great.

Unfortunately this gentleman did a terrible job on our couch. I don't recommend his services at all! He knew coming in that there was a large mark on a couch and he was not even close to getting it removed! Also asked us for towels to wipe up the water. He should bring his own! Don't hire him

I just got our rental done and I must say this company did an amazing job!!! I literally called at 2 pm for a same day service and at 4:00 pm they were at my door! Our carpet needed a lot of love and that's what it got! I'm not sure what the going rate is for a deep stain cleaning but sheesh it was worth every penny!!!

Unbelievable! Impressive and Amazing! That is what Genesis Carpet and Upholstery care is! I can not believe how much cat hair they got out of one 11x7 . (3 + cups of wet compacted hair (can you imagine how much this would be if it were dry? It was like my rug was a yard that had been thatched and the thatch was all the cat hair. ! and I have a Dyson. Stay away! My wife and I hired Genesis to do a comprehensive carpet cleaning after moving out of our rental house, and our property manager had to hire another contractor to clean up spots they missed. Instead of offering to come back and finish the job, Jeff Henehan (the worker) lied and told our property manager that the house had been full of furniture. That's an absolute fabrication. On top of that, at the end of the job when I told Jeff I wasn't happy that he was extremely late to the appointment, he got defensive and ended up yelling at me in my own kitchen. Just terrible.

Giving one star so the review shows up. Would give minus stars if we could. Tech was supposed to be at our home around 2:30 pm. When he FINALLY arrives, it's 4:30, and he appears high as a kite or drunk. Eyes glazed over, slurring his speech. We were quoted on the phone $100, and the shady tech says it'll be $200. We ask him to leave, we don't need this from somebody 2 hours late. He mumbles something along the lines of 'can you tell my boss you had a buddy do it so I don't get in trouble?' Um, no.
