The entire staff at Crystal Carpet care was great (and I worked with a few of them). The initial cleaning appointment was easy to schedule and went very smoothly. I would totally give a 5 star review for customer service! The only reason I'm not giving a 5 star is because something strange happened that caused some striping on our stairs. The staff was great and came out many times to try to fix it. The rest of the house turned out great and the stairs were eventually taken care of. I recently purchased a townhouse and the previous owners had 2 cats. The master bedroom and closet had a distinct odor of urine and the carpets were stained and quite dirty. I had the carpets cleaned and the master bedroom and closet treated for pet urine and they turned out terrific. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The carpets look amazing and the smell is gone. Will definitely use company again for any carpet cleaning or upholstery services.

Oen came out yesterday from Crystal Carpet Care. I fully expected him to say he would not be able to remove the stains that had accumulated from the abuse my kiddos have put on the carpet. I was pleasantly mistaken. My carpet looks new again. I highly recommend this company. I truly can't say enough mice things about their company and service.

Came over and fixed a tennis-ball-sized burn in the carpet. He went in there and POOF! The thing was gone! Like it was never there. I could not believe my eyes. He also fixed some tears by the doorway of another carpet and made that disappear. Crystal Carpet Care must have magicians and genies working for them because that repair was magic. Thank you guys!!

Kevin was great! He asked what my concerns were, and let me know what results I could expect. My apartment was on the 2nd floor, and Kevin had no problem getting his equipment inside. Crystal was responsive and pleasant to work with. We hadn't had our carpets cleaned in three years so it was TIME. There were a few carpet spots we weren't totally happy with. They came right back and out redid those areas to our satisfaction. The stains are all gone! I would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

These guys did a fantastic job starting with the initial phone call all the way to the tech (Josh) leaving me with a pleasant experience. We just bought this house and needed the carpets cleaned. The owner answered the phone (super nice guy) and explained the whole process making me feel comfortable with his team. Crystal Carpet care's representative Josh Rutherford did an outstanding job cleaning a plant stain from my living room carpet. Josh was very professional, courteous and worked very diligently to remove the stain and it was successfully removed.
It even continued to improve after the cleaning was done. The office called to follow-up and were very kind with their time. This is a professionally managed company that is providing excellent services for their clients. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Our dogs recently were fed some food that didn't settle too well to say the least and we needed someone to get out the stains ASAP. I looked on Yelp and came across their amazing reviews. I was very happy with the service from start to finish! From setting up the appointment to the tech that came out, everyone was very professional and reasonably priced. We were so pleased with this carpet cleaning experience!! I have to say I put off making a decision to have our carpets cleaned before our company arrived until it was almost too late. I was very thankful Crystal carpet cleaners could fit us in!
