Susie Lewis began working for the company in 1985 as a Project Manager/Estimator, gaining insight into all aspects of the business.
She became Vice President in 1989 and President in 1994. A graduate of NC State University with a Civil Engineering degree, Susie earned her MBA from UNC Charlotte and obtained her Professional Engineer Registration in 1992. She has served on numerous local boards because she believes passionately that our community, like a good commercial facility, should be Strong.

Respond to problems and concerns in a manner that would be positive instead of telling the folks in the area that construction creates mud on the roads and that it will be like that until project is complete. Sure hope the lady I dealt with on the phone was simply a grumpy person having a bad day and not how the company as a whole deals with the public.
