At first i was very nervous to have such large trees near my house cut down, especially the ones near the neighbors home. I had called several tree cutting services; several were dead numbers and most did not return the call. Bob Gerhold had answered the phone after what I assume was a long day at work, hard work. i was shocked to hear him say he would come right over after dinner to give an estimate, which he actually did.
He was frank and to the point. Bob clearly described where each tree would fall and how he would do it and what he would and would not do. In the end that is exactly what was

I set an appointment with this company and noone bothered to show up or reschedule. Two days later I reached out to let them know they were unprofessional and this is what i received from the owner. "Sorry for the inconvenience but I'm one person and a working owner of a tree and landscape business was no workers because you can't find any workers around here some sorry for any inconvenience I cut your lawn was that important there's plenty of guys I can cut lawns".
